Optimist Yachting Exploding a Moment

Exploding A Moment   

Zooming through the old mucky water, sunlight slowly takes over the darkness. Cameron and I were on a roll, we were going as fast as flash. We headed towards buoy number 2 it was close to Rm16 who was tubing on dark pango tubes. As we rush towards buoy 2 nipping it with my finger our mission was complete. We just had one more thing to do…  As I started to walk up to the front of the kowhai boat I grabbed the sprit pole nervously once I leaned back the whole entire boat would flip like a gymnast. I started to lean back the whole boat was tumbling with me

SMACK!!! We hit the water it felt like I was being pushed over. Cameron and I  swam to the edge of the boat held on the the bark like centerboard Cameron and I pulled the centerboard towards us the boat slowly flips back over it has a ton of water in it.with our hands,tried our best to get water out of our boat but their was just to much salty water three whistles went off that means we go in back to where we belong on the rocky old land.        

Dance Party

We Were on hourofcode trying to make a dance party we had to insert different characters and make them dance we could change the background and make things fall out of the sky

My name is Kingston my whole life i've lived in Hastings. I was born here and have only left on a plane from Hastings once  

I was born on January the tenth inside of the Hastings hospital.

In kindergarten I found my first friendship his name was terrence we were friends in kinde on his last day of kinde I was wondering what school he was going to he

told me That he was going to Mayfair. on the way back home I was hassiling my dad to let me go to Mayfair he told me that the playgrounds were small but atleast I was with terrence. In the middle of primary school when I moved houses closer to frimley school so my mum decided for me to move to frimley school and I really didn't want to I wanted to stay with terrence but I have to listen to my mum.on my last day at Mayfair I said my farewells to Terrence he wondered where I was going I told him

That I was going to new school Frimley School.  

On my first day at frimley school I was In room 18 with mrs roach I was kind of nervous but luckily their was another friend from mayfair school that was their with me his name was Sam we were now playing with each other a lot more then I met jaedyn we played rugby but the other kids that we played with were much bigger than us.

Our whanau loves to go and eat hot chick at Napier Moon Parade  and sometimes Nan would sneak me ice cream.My family go for long trips to Taupo to go to see uncles and specially Shannon to go see my Nanny who past away.we also go to Shannon to go to Funerals just like my Nanny’s one gave  

My whanau taught me about my Tipunas and where they are from. some gave me gifts and also some family photos.when I saw my first ever photo of me as a baby I didn't know it was me. I get my brave and fearsome side from my Pa and my loving and caring side from my MaMa i'm the oldest in my Whanau.

Another thing that is important to me which is backstories about my Tipunas I love listening to stories about my Tipunas one of them died on the day I was born I thought It meant something but I guess it just happens sometimes.

My goals for this year are to try and make this year a good one because i'm am going to intermediate next year so i'm trying to step it up a little and also try and not sit next to friends so I can focus more on my learning except for talking with my friends.

The Story Of Raven

His name is Raven he hunts his arch enemy John Wick. he uses his guns heavy shotgun and his bolt action sniper rifle John Wick also hunts Raven. Raven believes he lands at a place called Retail Rowhe kills anyone he sees their but he also lands at Tilted Towers people say that he hasn't lost a game UNTIL NOW.The battle bus is leaving Raven is landing at retail row he landed inside of a truck that has a chest in it he hopes he will get a shotgun or a scar but all he got was a suppressed pistol it was a legendary.Raven ran inside of the shop and climbed to another chest this time was better he got a rare tactical shotgun.Raven sprinted outside and saw two people fighting each other he ran towards them and started to build to get higher ground he used a launchpad and flew down behind one enemy and shot him with his shotgun second one was a challenge he was on the other side of retail and he didn't have a sniper rifle but the enemy did Raven ran back to the launchpad and flew back behind the second enemy the other enemy started to shoot him with a pistol but Raven had a shotgun Raven shot him a couple times but the the enemy would just build over him Raven had to build it was a huge build battle Raven impulse the enemy off the edge now he's nowhere to be seen he dropped a sniper rifle he floated down with a jetpack and picked the sniper up 4 more people left one of them has to be John Wick -1 John Wick Killed Another 3 more the last place is Pleasant Park the other person that was in is the Dark Voyager he's really good but is not good enough to beat Raven or John Wick in fact Raven can see the Dark Voyager right now he's on top off one of the houses in Pleasant Park Raven goes for the shot hits him but then John Wick finishes him off now it's the real battle Raven is nervous but also can't wait to beat his butt.Raven goes for the shot but that won't stop John Wick Raven shoots him again he's low John Wick uses some shield potions and also a med-kit to heal up Raven runs towards him John Wick Starts Building Up Raven Uses His Jetpack to fly he shot him with a shotgun and That ended John Wicks career Raven Is Now The winner.

The WEKA

Classification:

The Weka Has A Scientific name such as Gallirallus Australlis some people call it a woodhen and also a Maori hen.

Habitat:A Weka Would usually live In forests where it is nice and shady next to rivers and in small holes other Wekas like sun so they live in sand dunes and also rocky shores for a little bit of a drink.

Diet:The Weka Eats like a kiwi but a little carnivore inside of it so it eats rats and mice sometimes it eats seeds and slugs but it's family would always eat a whole entire mice or rat.

Behaviour:A Weka is a really curious animal they see bags and try to steal them they are really fiesty to other wekas and really love a drink they run like the wind and are really good dancers they are vulnerable to New Zealand

Appearance:Wekas are brown on the outside it's darker near the head and lighter near the chest it's like a kiwi but with a shorter beak

Best Part Of Me

My long stretchy legs make me zoom like flash around the huge green soaking field. My hokarikari can jump like a frog ,they can stand tall and proud my legs are as long as a slinky, fleshy and skinny.I can run like a headless chicken with my hokarikari. At camp my legs struggled to climb up the gigantic maunga Sunrise Hut.when my hokarikari sprints I feel like usain bolt gaping across the neverending track. My hokarikari(Legs) hop in the deep pitch black pool they help me kick like i'm doing karate LIKE A BOSS.

The Hungus Shark

It Was A Beach That I Haven't Seen Before it was a lot more sandy with a lot More Trees I Felt Good About This Beach It's Lots More Pacific And Colorful it's like A Vacation In Samoa AS I Got My Gear On I Felt Like I Was Going To See A Spooky Scary Shark.AS I Flopped My Flippers Into The Crystal Clear Water And Dived In Like A Dolphin.I Started To Observe Around The Place There's some WaiWaia fish around here It's Like A Ocean made of a rainbow.I Loved This Place(Waimarama) I Didn't Want To Leave And Kind Of Couldn't because my boat was being checked.What's That I Thought In My Head Is It A Huge Ika Nope Is IT A Kingfish Nope Oh No That's A Shark My Heart started beating as fast as usain Bolt. Alright Kingston just calm Down don't panic it's just a shark  It Won't Hurt You If You Don't Hurt It I Tried To Calm Down But My Brain Can't Stop PANICKING INSIDE OF ME.The Evil Looking Mango Taniwha Stared At Me For A While I Was terrified I Couldn't Even Move Around The Shark Was Still Staring At Me But Then It Turned Around And Swam Off LIKE A SCAREDY CAT

The Fishy Statue

While Scuba Diving Under the waiwaia Tahuaroa (beautiful ocean), fish Zoomed Past Like A Jet With Bubbles Floating Behind theM.When We Scuba Dived LOads Of Different creatures were found Such As Tuna,Sharks,Snapper,Jellyfish And More The Coral Was So WaiWaia (Beautiful) i Never wanted to leave this ocean blue but of course i will have to because my tiny air tank will empty and i will have no oxygen.We Found A Mountain Of Coral but when we searched the other side … we found a huge easter statue IT was humongous when we floated up to the cold surface WE Told The Captain About But Of Course He Didn't believe it. The Next day we Zoomed Back To The Spot We USed The Laptop To Research it We Saw That It Was From Easter Island It was Astonishing.

Plane Ride Gone Wrong

One scorching hot summers day,my plane roared like a lion.The bright blue sky shined like a chandelier.When the big bad waka growled,their was a HUGE pop. I don't know if that's meant to happen I thought nervously.The nose of the waka  started to lower I didn't know what to do the plane lowered some more I tried lifting the nose up but the controls aren't working I snatched a parachute got my resources ready and snatched my fluffy dog ruff 3 2 1 JUMP!! While we were in the air, birds flew past like a jet. that means we're nearland I zoomed through the clouds like superman and spotted the island. Once I finally landed on the edge of this mysterious island I stared not knowing what to do I needed shelter before it gets dark or starts raining so I grabbed 3 long sticks and placed it in a pyramid shape then I put branches (With leaves on it) to cover up the rest of the shelter then walla some shelter.Brrr it's starting to get cold like ice I need to make a fire so I grabbed two stick and rubbed it together hard smelly carbon dioxide came out that's means it's working. I need to hunt but I need tools wait I know I watched survival tips on TV so I think I need a sharp rock oh look there's one I picked it up now I need some rope i'll use the rope that was off the parachute  now I need to tie the rock to the stick and then you have your own tool to use for hunting.now you need to find some animals (depending on if their is any) then kill but you will need to hide in bushes once you have killed the animal then you have food to cook on the fire mmmmm yum I thought while licking my pink like a pig lips I can't wait to cook you.While feasting on my delicious boar, night fell quickly. I must head back to the shelter. CHIRP CHIRP PLEASE BE QUIET!!!!  I yelled at the birds and then I heard an unusual noise then I heard an engine Huh It's must be a helicopter I turnt on the fire and ROARED like a lion “HELP ME HELP ME” They landed in some flat ground I thought in my head I'M COMING HOME MUM

The Mighty Adventure

Crash!Bang! One dark storm hovering past my window. it smashed it's teeth together with a mighty rage and roared like a lion trying to punch and smash my window to pieces. It shocked the power lines and lost the electricity. I walked outside and it was a warzone our neighbours house had been stranded out on an island.Half of the road was in the ocean.My sculptures fell off the shelf and shattered all over the long hallway.We need to warn the other neighbourhoods that a storm is coming. After warning the other,mayhem Caused. People panicked almost having a heart attack. The clouds became as dark as the night lightning growled like it was growling into a megaphone. After the storm passed, the town looked like a pigsty. My sculptures were destroy my neighbours house was under the water. Well at least it's over.

The Icy Adventure

One icy cold night, Isaac and I snuck out of our teensy hut and ran like the wind into the darkness. We stopped running and took a break we saw something in the huge green bush we stared eventually the mysterious man popped out ‘HEY WHO ARE YOU’ the man shouted ‘Hi Im Kingston and this is isaac we are on a adventure to find a evil man named Tutira’ ‘Ah another hunter searching for Tutira well im samson’ Mumbled samson ‘Well Kia ora samson I have a question for you would you like to join our adventure’ ‘Sure’ Samson said ‘Yay another friend’ I Yelped Samson Isaac and I went through forests rainforests deserts and swamps. We battled bears sharks lions and much more we know the fight will be hard but we can handle it we trained made shelter cooked food we fished trained some more until we were ready it's time for another giant walk. ‘Look I can see It In the distance that's Tutiras castle Isaac yelped alright ‘Isaac heres your machete Samson here's your dagger ‘but there's a giant a giant glacial in the way’ Samson mumbled ‘then we have to go over it’ I said nervously after the glacial walk ‘well we froze and froze all for this let's do this I have explosive arrows ready for action we ran in like elephants I shot a explosive arrow Tutira dodged Isaac went for the kill but hit the floor Samson distracted Tutira I shot him with a smoke arrow isaac stabbed him in the back I shot a explosive arrow in his mouth and blew him to pieces.
